ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

The House of Pain Management is a personal training program developed by a husband & wife duo -- Trevor & Janice Tibbetts. Our mission is to promote the overall well-being of our clients and build a community of like-minded individuals who are willing to dedicate themselves to their health journey, and support each other along the way.

Private and Semi-Private Training

Private Training: One-on-one sessions with an educated coach. Here you will learn the foundations of proper body mechanics when performing essential movement patterns, build endurance, and increase range-of-motion and strength. Our private training sessions will ensure you gain the individual attention and guidance to safely perform exercises.

Semi-Private Training: Small group sessions with 2 to 5 clients. The focus will be to continue making physical health gains while simultaneously improving your confidence and motivation by participating in a supportive group environment.

Manual Tune-Up: We also offer 30 or 50 minute bodywork sessions using soft-tissue mobilization and/or manual stretching techniques focused on improving mobility and reducing pain.
