COACH Trevor

Trevor is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He has trained clients with a range of ages and abilities who experience/have experienced a variety of movement-related injuries since 2018.

Additionally, he has his own history of chronic physical injuries, which left him in pain that affected his performance in regular, everyday tasks. Through focused strength and mobility training with the help of a personal trainer, he managed to overcome his pain.

Now as a trainer himself, Trevor aims to continue assisting others in achieving their health goals using his first-hand knowledge, experience, and success!

Lucy is the official mascot of the House of Pain! She is a 10(ish) year-old black German Shepard who specializes in eating treats and begging for scratchies. She provides excellent emotional support and will be by your side through every step of your fitness journey (even when things get ruff)!

Janice is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with a passion for fitness! Following years of working in a variety of clinical settings and serving a wide-range of populations, she has left traditional practice and tapped into the fitness world to increase accessibility & help others unlock true longevity and results.

Her background in kinesiology and clinical application provide her with a unique expertise in combining fitness with rehabilitation using science-based evidence.

Janice wholeheartedly believes that movement is medicine!
